• Messaging and contact data: contact phone numbers, names, tags, custom fields, message content (including media), delivery status, templates, broadcast lists, chatbot flow inputs, and auto-reply configuration that you or your end users generate through the Service.
• Enquiry and support data: information you submit via forms (such as Get Started), including name, email, phone, company, and message content.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and log data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (messaging, templates, broadcasts, chatbots, analytics).

3. WhatsApp / Meta Integration

Sanlyintegrates with the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Message content and related metadata are processed to deliver messages you initiate or receive on behalf of your business. Meta's processing of WhatsApp data is governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your contacts and for using WhatsApp messaging in accordance with applicable law and Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us host infrastructure, send email, store media, or run background jobs, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Meta Platforms, as required to send and receive WhatsApp messages through the Cloud API.
• Legal authorities when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Sanly, our users, or others.

We retain account, messaging, and operational data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; some records may be retained where legally required or for legitimate business purposes (for example, security logs).

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
